Santa's Christmas Lighting started the way most good Central Florida stories do: in a garage in Apopka, with too many boxes of tangled lights and a neighbor asking, "Could you do ours too?"

What began as one family making one street glow has grown into a professional installation company serving all of Central Florida — but the heart of it hasn't changed. We're not a national franchise working from a call center three states away. We're your neighbors. Our kids go to school here, we sit in the same I-4 traffic you do, and when we say we'll be there for a service call, we're coming from Apopka or Mount Dora — not from a subcontractor's voicemail.

Why We Do This

Because December in Florida is special. We don't get snow — we get 75-degree nights perfect for walking the neighborhood with hot cocoa, and a lit-up street is what makes those nights magic. Every roofline we hang is somebody's holiday backdrop: the photo on next year's Christmas card, the house the grandkids beg to drive past, the street corner where the golf-cart parade slows down. We take that seriously.

We also do this because we watched too many neighbors risk their necks on ladders every Thanksgiving weekend. Professional lighting isn't a luxury — it's the sane way to decorate a two-story roofline. Our crews are trained on roof and ladder safety, we carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and we use clip systems that never put a nail or staple in your roof, whether it's shingle or barrel tile.

Early on, we made a decision that shaped everything: we own the lights. You lease a professionally designed display — commercial-grade LEDs, custom-cut to your home — and we handle absolutely everything: design, installation, free maintenance all season, January takedown, and off-season storage in our warehouse. No boxes in your garage. No dead strands to troubleshoot. If a bulb goes out on Christmas Eve, we fix it free. And next year, if you want a whole new look, that's just a conversation — not a shopping trip.
