Christmas Light Installation in Seminole County, FL
County seat: Sanford · 15–35 minutes from our Apopka shop
Seminole County sits directly east of our Apopka shop, and Wekiva Springs Road or SR 434 puts us in Longwood and Altamonte Springs in about fifteen minutes. Lake Mary, Heathrow and Sanford are a straight run up I-4, and Oviedo and Winter Springs round out the county on the east side. It is one of the most consistent areas on our calendar because so many Seminole neighborhoods light up together, and once one street on a cul-de-sac goes professional the rest usually follow the next season.
The county's housing stock rewards a careful design. Longwood's Sweetwater Oaks and Wekiva-area streets are shaded by mature live oaks, which is why canopy and trunk wraps show up on so many of our Seminole quotes. Lake Mary and Heathrow are dominated by two-story homes on golf-course lots with long, symmetrical rooflines that carry a clean C9 outline better than almost anywhere else in Central Florida. Sanford's historic district has porches, columns and gingerbread trim that ask for garland and warm white mini lights rather than a heavy roofline.
We also do a steady amount of commercial and community work here: entry monuments for HOAs along Markham Woods Road, restaurant patios in downtown Sanford and Lake Mary, and office buildings in the Heathrow and Lake Mary corporate corridor. Community entries are usually installed in the first week of November so residents come home to them lit.

Seminole County Questions
Which Seminole County cities do you serve?
All of them: Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Lake Mary, Heathrow, Sanford, Oviedo, Winter Springs, Casselberry, Fern Park and Geneva, plus unincorporated areas like Wekiva Springs and Markham Woods.
Can you wrap the big oaks common in Longwood and Wekiva?
Yes. Trunk and limb wraps on mature live oaks are one of the most requested items in Seminole County. We wrap from the ground with lift equipment where needed, never by climbing with spikes.
Do you install HOA entrance displays?
We do. Entry monuments, gatehouse rooflines and community trees are quoted separately from homes and usually installed in early November.
