Wildwood is the Sumter County city at the junction of I-75 and the Turnpike that has grown from a small railroad town into the southern expansion of The Villages, with the Villages of Southern Oaks and the newest villages around Brownwood Paddock Square inside its limits, alongside the older downtown and communities like Continental Country Club. It is about an hour from our Apopka shop and runs on our Villages route days from late October through November.
The new villages in Wildwood are single-story designer homes and courtyard villas with clean rooflines, screened lanais and small palms at the entry, which makes for fast installs and affordable packages: a warm white C9 roofline, a lit wreath on the front gable and a spiral-wrapped palm on a dusk timer. Designs stay classic to fit The Villages' guidelines and we install and remove inside the approved windows. Older Wildwood homes downtown and in Continental Country Club have bigger lots and oaks, and get a roofline run plus a wrapped tree.
