Christmas Light Installation in Waterford Lakes, FL

Waterford Lakes is the large residential area around the Waterford Lakes Town Center in east Orlando, north of Avalon Park and south of UCF, made up of communities like Waterford Chase, Eastwood and Stoneybrook East that were built through the 1990s and 2000s. It is about forty-five minutes from our Apopka shop on the 408 and anchors our east Orlando route. The homes are a mix of single-story and two-story block houses on modest lots with palms and young oaks, and many back onto the area's lakes and conservation areas.

Waterford Lakes designs are straightforward and affordable: a warm white or multicolor C9 roofline across the front and garage, a wreath over the door, and a spiral-wrapped palm or two by the drive, with both eaves outlined on two-story homes. Lakefront homes in Waterford Chase and along the conservation ponds often add the rear roofline and lanai so the display shows across the water. Because lots are close together, straight lines and even spacing are what separate a professional install from the neighbor's, and we take pride in both.

Most Waterford Lakes communities have HOAs with display windows and a few gated sections ask for a certificate of insurance, all of which we handle. Installs run from mid October through the week before Thanksgiving, timers run dusk to bedtime, maintenance is free all season, and we return in January for takedown and storage. The area is dense enough that several homes can be installed in one visit, so neighbors who book together share install days and get quicker service calls.
