Melbourne is the southern anchor of the Space Coast, about ninety minutes from our Apopka shop by way of the 528 and I-95, and the farthest city on our map. It is worth the drive. Suntree and Viera South are large golf-course and master-planned communities with two-story homes and HOA display windows; Eau Gallie has an arts district and older riverfront streets under big oaks; and across the causeway, Indialantic and the beachside are cottages and canal homes in constant salt air. We run Melbourne on dedicated route days and group homes by community.

Suntree and Viera South homes take the two-roofline outline we use in the newer Orlando suburbs: both eaves in warm white C9 bulbs, entry columns wrapped, queen palms spiraled, a wreath on the main gable, all installed inside the community's display window with a certificate of insurance provided. Eau Gallie's older homes lean on oak wraps and porch garland, and riverfront lots add dock lighting on the Indian River. Beachside homes in Indialantic and Melbourne Beach are where materials matter most: sealed-socket commercial LED strands, wind-rated clips, and free replacement of anything the salt air takes out during the season. Palms, of course, everywhere.

Because of the distance, Melbourne route days run once or twice a week from late October through November, and we ask neighbors and HOAs to book together so the trip is efficient. A route fee is shown clearly on every Melbourne quote before you commit and is often waived for grouped bookings. Timers run dusk to bedtime, maintenance is free all season with service calls grouped onto the next route day, and January takedown and storage are included.
