Cocoa sits in the middle of Brevard County where the 528 meets the Indian River, about sixty-five minutes from our Apopka shop, and it anchors our Space Coast route. Cocoa Village, the historic riverside district, has Craftsman and Florida-vernacular homes on brick streets under old oaks; Rockledge runs south along the river with mid-century waterfront homes; and across the causeway Merritt Island is a grid of canal homes with docks and boat lifts. Viera, the master-planned community to the south, adds newer two-story homes with HOA display windows.

Cocoa Village and Rockledge homes take a warm white design: C9 along the roofline, garland on porches and columns, wreaths on gables, and trunk wraps on the live oaks that shade Rockledge Drive and the Village streets. On Merritt Island the design turns toward the water. We light the street-facing roofline and then the rear, the dock and the boat lift so the house shows from the canal during the holiday boat parades. Palms are everywhere and spiral wraps on queen palms and lit sabal trunks are standard. Viera homes get the two-roofline outline with wrapped columns and palms, installed inside each community's window with a certificate of insurance provided.

Coastal materials matter here: sealed-socket commercial LED strands and wind-rated clips, with any failed strand replaced free all season. Space Coast route days run twice a week from late October through November, grouped by neighborhood, and a route fee shown on the quote is often waived when neighbors book together. Timers handle dusk to bedtime, and January takedown and storage are included.
