Christmas Light Installation in Groveland, FL

Groveland is the south Lake County city west of Clermont along SR 50, a former citrus and lumber town that has become a fast-growing suburb with new communities on the rolling land toward the Green Swamp. Trilogy Orlando, the large 55-and-over community south of the highway, and neighborhoods like Cherry Lake, Eagle Pointe and the streets around Lake David make up most of our calls. It is about forty-five minutes from our Apopka shop and runs on our south Lake route with Clermont and Minneola.

Groveland's newer homes are two-story with stacked front elevations and small palms at the entry, so designs here follow the south Lake pattern: both rooflines outlined in warm white C9 bulbs, entry columns wrapped and palms spiraled, with the hills giving the display long sight lines from the road. Trilogy is different in the best way for us: single-story homes, a community that decorates enthusiastically, and residents who want a beautiful display with zero ladders and zero storage. We keep Trilogy designs classic and schedule inside its display window. Older homes near downtown and Lake David have simpler rooflines and big oaks that take a trunk wrap.

South Lake route days run two or three times a week from late October through November, and we group Groveland homes by community so several can be installed in one trip. Everything runs on a dusk timer, maintenance is free all season, and we return in January for takedown and storage. The Cherry Lake and Eagle Pointe HOAs receive a certificate of insurance on request.
