The Space Coast is the far edge of our service area and one of the least served by professional Christmas light companies, which is exactly why we go. Titusville is about an hour from Apopka on the 528, Cocoa and Merritt Island a little more, and Viera and Melbourne sit at the ninety-minute mark. We schedule Brevard on dedicated route days, usually two or three per week from late October through November, and group neighbors so several homes are lit on the same day.

Coastal homes have their own rules. Salt air and afternoon wind off the river punish retail lights, so we use commercial-grade LED strands with sealed sockets, heavier clips rated for wind, and we replace anything that fails free of charge for the whole season. Palms are everywhere on the Space Coast and a spiral-wrapped queen palm or a row of lit sabal trunks along a driveway is the signature Brevard look. Waterfront homes on the Indian River and Banana River often add dock and seawall lighting so the display reads from the water as well as the street.

Titusville and Cocoa Village have older neighborhoods with porches and single-story rooflines that keep installs quick. Viera and Suntree are newer, with two-story homes in HOA communities that have display windows we plan around. Melbourne and Indialantic bring a mix of beachside cottages and larger canal homes.
