Permanent Holiday & Accent Lighting for Your Home
A slim, color-matched track under your eaves with individually controlled LED points. Warm white on a Tuesday, red and green in December, orange for Halloween, team colors on game day, all from your phone. No ladders, no seasonal install, no storage.

Permanent Lighting Questions
How much does permanent Christmas lighting cost in Central Florida?
Installed permanent track lighting runs about $18 to $35 per linear foot. A typical front elevation lands between $2,500 and $5,000, and a full wraparound on a large two-story home can reach $12,000 or more. We quote it free after measuring your rooflines.
Are permanent Christmas lights worth the cost?
If you will light the house for five or more seasons and want color for Halloween, July 4th, game days and everyday accent lighting, the math usually favors permanent lighting by year four or five compared with seasonal leasing. If you want the classic big-bulb C9 look or may move soon, seasonal service is the better value. We offer both and will tell you which fits.
How long do permanent Christmas lights last?
The LED modules are rated for tens of thousands of hours, which works out to well over a decade of nightly use. The aluminum track is powder-coated to match your trim and holds up to Florida sun and rain. Warranty terms are spelled out on your quote.
Can you see the track during the day?
Barely. The channel mounts under the eave or behind the fascia lip and is color-matched to your trim. From the street most people never notice it until the lights are on.
How do I control the lights?
From an app on your phone. Pick colors, patterns, brightness and schedules, save scenes for each holiday, and set sunset timers so you never think about it.
Does my HOA allow permanent lighting?
Most do, because the track is discreet and the lights can be set to a plain warm white for everyday use. We can supply product specs and photos for your architectural review request.
Do you still offer seasonal lights if I go permanent?
Yes. Many customers pair a permanent roofline with seasonal tree wraps, wreaths and garland for December, then keep the roofline glowing year-round.
