This website is operated by Santa's Christmas Lighting, 2875 Breezy Meadow Rd, Apopka, FL 32712. By using it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Content on this site is for general information. Prices shown are typical ranges, not offers; your price is the written quote you receive and approve.

Quotes and service agreements

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. A service agreement is formed when you approve a written quote and pay the deposit stated on it. The quote describes the display, the price, what is included (design, lights, installation, in-season maintenance, takedown and storage unless stated otherwise), the deposit and balance schedule, and any route fee. Lights and materials remain our property and are leased to you for the season unless the quote states a purchase.

Scheduling and weather

Install and takedown dates are scheduled in good faith and may move because of lightning, high wind or other unsafe conditions. We will notify you of any change as early as possible.

Access and property

You agree to provide safe access to the property and a working exterior power outlet, and to tell us about gate codes, pets, HOA rules and known roof or electrical issues. Our guarantee of workmanship and in-season repairs is described on our Guarantee page and in your quote.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms, including how deposits are handled if you cancel before installation, are stated on your quote.

SMS program terms

By opting in on our quote form you consent to receive SMS messages from Santa's Christmas Lighting regarding quotes, scheduling and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim relating to this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for our negligence causing personal injury.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
