Who we are

Santa's Christmas Lighting ("we", "us") is a holiday lighting installation company located at 2875 Breezy Meadow Rd, Apopka, FL 32712. You can reach us at sclighting@gmail.com or (407) 494-4580.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect the information you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, the property address to be lit, details about the property and the lighting you want, and any notes or photo links you provide. Our website host also records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and send your quote, schedule and perform installation and service, send appointment reminders, and answer your questions. We may contact you before the next season about renewing your display. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

Quote requests are delivered to us by an email service provider (Resend) and our site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data only on our behalf. Payment, if made online, is handled by a payment processor and we never store full card numbers.

SMS text-message program

If you check the SMS consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Santa's Christmas Lighting about your quote, scheduling and service at the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies by your project, typically a few messages per season. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Retention and security

We keep quote and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing sclighting@gmail.com. Florida residents and residents of other states with privacy laws may exercise the rights those laws provide by contacting us the same way.

Children

Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new "last updated" date.
