Roofline length and complexity
We price by linear foot of lit roofline. A simple gable is quick; hips, dormers and multiple peaks take more bulbs and more time.
Stories and roof pitch
Second-story work needs taller ladders or a lift and slower, safer crews. It costs more and it should.
Trees, palms and columns
A wrapped oak canopy can be the most striking part of a display and also the most labor-intensive. Palm spirals and column wraps are quicker.
Wreaths, garland and bows
Lit wreaths on gables and garland over an entry finish a design. Priced per piece.
Distance from Apopka
