Most lighting companies say "satisfaction guaranteed" and leave it there. We'd rather tell you exactly what we promise, so you can hold us to it.
Promise 1
The Stay-Lit Promise
If any part of your display goes dark during the season, we fix it free. Report it by text and we'll be out within 48 hours, weather permitting, and usually sooner.
Promise 2
No-Damage Install
We attach lights with clip systems made for your roof type. No nails, staples, screws or adhesives. If our crew damages your property, we repair it or make it right at our cost.
Promise 3
Straight-Line Standard
Rooflines are custom-cut and hung straight and tight. If a run sags or looks crooked from the street, we come back and re-hang it at no charge.
Promise 4
On-Time Takedown
Your display comes down in January on the schedule we agree to. If your HOA has a deadline, we meet it.
Promise 5
One Price, No Surprises
The quote you approve is the price you pay. Lights, materials, install, maintenance, takedown and storage are all included. Any add-on you request later is priced before it's done.
Promise 6
Insured, Always
Every crew on your roof is covered by general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates are available on request for you or your HOA.
The fine print, in plain English
Free maintenance covers our lights, clips, cords and timers for the full season through takedown. It does not cover a power outage at your home, a tripped breaker or GFCI outlet (we'll happily talk you through resetting it), or damage caused by a third party such as a roofer or painter working after our install.
Weather: we install and repair in light rain but not in lightning or high wind, for the crew's safety. If a storm delays us, we'll tell you the new time right away.
