Christmas Light Installation in Polk County, FL
County seat: Bartow · 40–70 minutes from our Apopka shop
Northeast Polk County has grown into one of Central Florida's busiest home markets, and we follow our customers there. Davenport, Four Corners and Haines City are about forty-five minutes from Apopka down the 429 and I-4, and Winter Haven and Lakeland are a little further along the same road. Most of our Polk work is in the new master-planned communities and vacation-rental neighborhoods near ChampionsGate and Posner Park, with a growing share in Lakeland's older neighborhoods around Lake Hollingsworth and Lake Morton.
The Four Corners and Davenport area is short-term-rental country. Owners want a home that photographs well and impresses guests arriving for the holidays, so we design bright, clean rooflines, wrap the palms by the pool cage and put the whole display on a timer that matches check-in. We coordinate with property managers, use lockbox access and send photos when the install is finished. Haines City and Winter Haven are more traditional: single-story homes on large lots, chain-of-lakes waterfront, and a real downtown that decorates for the season.
Lakeland is the county's big city and has the most character. The bungalows and Mediterranean revivals around Lake Hollingsworth and the Dixieland district have detailed rooflines and porches that reward a careful warm white design, and Lakeland's mature oaks make canopy wraps a natural centerpiece. Commercial work in Polk is mostly retail and restaurant frontage along US 27 and in downtown Lakeland and Winter Haven.
We schedule Polk installs on grouped route days so pricing stays close to our core ring; any route fee is shown on the quote before you decide.

Polk County Questions
Do you work with vacation-rental property managers?
Yes. A large share of our Davenport and Four Corners jobs are rentals. We handle access, timers and photos so the owner never has to be on site.
Is Lakeland too far from Apopka?
No. Lakeland is about an hour and is scheduled on dedicated Polk route days. The quote states any route fee up front.
Can you wrap palms around a pool cage?
Yes. Palm wraps are the most requested add-on in Polk County and pair well with a clean roofline on newer homes.
