Lake Nona Golf and Country Club is the original gated estate community of Lake Nona in southeast Orlando, built around a Tom Fazio course on the shore of Lake Nona itself, with a few hundred custom homes on lakefront, golf-course and interior lots. The architecture ranges from Mediterranean and Georgian to modern, with tile, slate and standing-seam roofs, motor courts and mature oaks and palms. It is about forty-five minutes from our Apopka shop on the 417 and the highest-value address on our south Orlando route.

Estate rooflines here are traced in warm white C9 bulbs along every hip, ridge and dormer with clips matched to tile, slate or metal, the motor-court columns and entry arches are wrapped, and garland and wreaths finish the entry. Lakefront homes light the rear elevation, the lanai and the dock so the house reads from Lake Nona, and golf-course lots do the same toward the fairway. The mature oaks take trunk-and-canopy wraps that need a lift, and palms by the drive get spirals. Circuits are mapped in advance so everything switches on together.

The gate requires a vendor pass and a certificate of insurance on file, and many owners route the work through a house manager, which we are used to. We keep to the community's display window for install and January takedown, schedule around the household, and answer service calls within a day. Every strand, clip and timer is ours, so anything that fails is replaced free and nothing is left for the owner to store.
