Christmas Light Installation in Baldwin Park, FL

Baldwin Park is the planned neighborhood built on the former naval training center site between downtown Orlando and Winter Park, around Lake Baldwin and a village center on New Broad Street. The homes are traditional in style, Craftsman, Colonial and Florida vernacular, with deep front porches, alley garages and tight, tree-lined lots, alongside townhomes and lakefront estates. Baldwin Park decorates seriously in December, and the neighborhood is about thirty minutes from our Apopka shop on our Orlando and Winter Park route.

Porch-front architecture makes the entry the star. A Baldwin Park design typically runs warm white C9 bulbs along the main roofline and the porch roof, wraps the porch columns, adds garland along the railing and a wreath on each gable, and lights the young street trees so the block glows end to end. Lakefront homes on Lake Baldwin often add the rear elevation and dock for the view from the trail. Townhomes get the same treatment scaled to their roofline, and because units share walls, neighbors often book together so the whole row matches.

The community association has exterior guidelines and display windows that we follow, and we provide a certificate of insurance on request. Installs run from mid October through the week before Thanksgiving, timers run dusk to bedtime, maintenance is free all season, and we return in January for takedown and storage. Baldwin Park's streets are compact, so several homes can be installed in one visit and service calls are quick.
