Christmas Light Installation in Fruitland Park, FL

Fruitland Park is the small town on US 441 between Leesburg and Lady Lake, with a historic core of older homes on big lots, lakefront property on Lake Griffin and the Harris Chain, and, since the mid-2010s, the newest section of The Villages built inside its city limits. We reach it in about fifty minutes from Apopka and run it with Leesburg and Lady Lake on north Lake route days. The two halves of the town want different things, and we design for both.

The older side of Fruitland Park has ranch homes and lake houses around Spring Lake Estates, Zephyr Lake and the Lake Griffin shore, with mature oaks and long rooflines. Those get a warm white or multicolor C9 roofline, trunk wraps on the front oaks, and often dock or seawall lighting so the house shows from the water on the chain. The Villages of Fruitland Park is the opposite: compact single-story homes on tidy streets with palms at the entry and display guidelines to follow. There the standard design is a warm white roofline, a wreath and a wrapped palm, installed and removed inside the community's approved dates.

North Lake route days run two or three times a week from late October through November, and we group Fruitland Park homes by neighborhood. Any route fee is shown on the quote and usually waived when neighbors book together. Timers handle dusk-to-bedtime, maintenance is free all season, and January takedown and storage are included so nothing ends up in your garage.
