Poinciana is one of the largest unincorporated communities in Florida, spread across the Osceola–Polk line south of Kissimmee in a series of numbered villages, plus the gated 55-and-over community of Solivita and the lakefront neighborhoods of Bellalago and Lake Marion. It is about an hour from our Apopka shop, so we schedule Poinciana on grouped route days and fill them with neighbors who book together. The homes are mostly single-story block on generous lots, which keeps installs quick and prices toward the low end of our range.

A typical Poinciana display is a roofline of C9 bulbs in warm white or red and white, a wreath over the garage or on the front gable, and a wrapped palm or two by the driveway. In Solivita, where the homes are compact and the streets are lined with palms and crape myrtles, owners lean toward elegant warm white and tell us their main request is simple: no ladders, no totes in the garage, no January chores. Bellalago and Lake Marion homes on the water often add dock lighting. The villages have deed restrictions on display timing and we schedule inside them.

Because of the drive, Poinciana route days run two or three times a week from late October through November, and we ask neighbors to book the same day so the trip is efficient for everyone. A route fee, if any, is printed on the quote before you commit and is usually waived when several homes on a street go together. Service calls are grouped onto the next route day, maintenance is free all season, and January takedown and storage are included.
