Christmas Light Installation in Lakeland, FL

Lakeland is Polk County's big city, an hour from our Apopka shop down I-4, with a historic core of lakes and neighborhoods that most people outside Polk have never seen. The 1920s bungalows and Mediterranean revival homes around Lake Hollingsworth, Lake Morton and the Dixieland district sit under enormous live oaks, and South Lakeland and Lakeland Highlands add larger newer homes on the ridge. We run Lakeland on dedicated Polk route days and treat its historic homes with the same care as Winter Park's.

Historic Lakeland homes have detailed rooflines, porches and columns that carry a warm white design beautifully: a C9 roofline where the roof allows, garland along porch rails and around columns, wreaths on gables and mini lights in the porch ceiling on the bungalows. The oaks are the other half. A trunk-and-canopy wrap on a Lake Hollingsworth live oak is a display by itself and is one of our most requested Lakeland add-ons. South Lakeland's newer homes are two-story with palms and HOA display windows, and get the standard two-roofline outline with wrapped columns and spiraled palms. Downtown restaurants and offices ask for storefront rooflines and entry trees.

Polk route days run two or three times a week from late October through November, and Lakeland homes are grouped by neighborhood so several can be installed in one trip. A route fee is shown on the quote and often waived when neighbors book together. Timers run dusk to bedtime, maintenance is free all season, and January takedown and storage are included.
