Christmas Light Installation in Lady Lake, FL

Lady Lake is the north Lake County town on US 441 that shares a border, and a lot of its streets, with The Villages. The original Villages neighborhoods around Orange Blossom Gardens are inside Lady Lake, as are the golf community of Harbor Hills on Lake Griffin, the manufactured-home community of Water Oak and a string of lakefront properties toward Lake Griffin State Park. Almost everyone who calls us here is retired, and almost everyone wants the same thing: a beautiful display without ladders, totes or a January afternoon on the roof.

Homes in Lady Lake are mostly single-story with clean rooflines, screened lanais and small palms, which makes for fast, affordable installs. A warm white C9 roofline, a lit wreath on the front gable and a wrapped palm or two covers most requests, and we set the timer so the lights come on at dusk and off at a sensible hour. Harbor Hills has larger homes on the golf course and lake with longer rooflines and mature oaks, and its gate requires a certificate of insurance, which we provide. The Villages neighborhoods inside Lady Lake have their own display guidelines and we keep designs within them.

Lady Lake is about fifty-five minutes from our Apopka shop, so we schedule it with The Villages and Leesburg on dedicated route days and group homes by street. Neighbors who book together keep the trip efficient and any route fee is usually waived. Installs run late October through November, maintenance is free all season, and we return in January to take everything down and store it. If you spend the holidays away, we can install before you leave and take down after you return.
