Christmas Light Installation in Avalon Park, FL

Avalon Park is the traditional-neighborhood development in east Orlando off Alafaya Trail, with its own downtown, schools and a grid of porch-front homes, townhomes and alley-loaded streets built from the late 1990s on. It is about forty-five minutes from our Apopka shop on the 408 and shares our east Orlando route with Waterford Lakes and Oviedo. The town center hosts holiday events every December and the residential villages follow, which makes it one of the more consistently lit neighborhoods on the east side.

Avalon Park homes are two-story with front porches, gables and columns, and garages on the alley, so the design lives on the front elevation: warm white C9 bulbs along the main roofline and the porch roof, columns wrapped, a wreath on the gable and garland along the rail, with the young oaks and palms at the curb wrapped to fill the small front yards. Townhome rows often book together so the whole building matches. Lakefront homes in Avalon Lakes add the rear roofline for the view from the trail.

The community association has exterior guidelines with display windows for install and takedown, and several villages ask for a certificate of insurance, which we provide. Installs run from mid October through the week before Thanksgiving, everything is on a dusk timer, maintenance is free all season, and we return in January for takedown and storage. Because Avalon Park's streets are compact, we can install several homes in one visit and service calls are grouped onto the same route day.
