Christmas Light Installation in Golden Oak, FL

Golden Oak is the gated luxury community inside the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, beside the Four Seasons, with a few hundred custom estates in villages like Silverbrook, Kimball Trace, Carolwood and Marceline. The homes are large, in Mediterranean, Tuscan, Dutch Colonial and transitional styles, with tile and standing-seam roofs, motor courts, loggias and specimen oaks and palms that were planted mature. Golden Oak is about forty-five minutes from our Apopka shop and we treat every install there as a design project.

A Golden Oak design starts with a walk of the property. Rooflines are traced in warm white C9 bulbs along every hip, ridge and dormer with clips matched to the roof material, the loggia arches and motor-court columns are wrapped, garland frames the entry and wreaths hang on the gables. The mature oaks and palms take trunk-and-canopy wraps that need a lift and a second crew member, and lakefront and golf-side elevations are lit as often as the front. Circuits are mapped in advance so the whole display switches on together at dusk.

Access runs through the community's guardhouse, which requires a vendor pass and a certificate of insurance on file, and many owners route the work through a house manager or the community's residential services. We handle that paperwork, keep to the display window for install and January takedown, and schedule around the household. Anything that fails during the season is replaced at no charge, and every strand, clip and timer is ours, so nothing is left for the owner to store.
