Viera is the master-planned community in central Brevard County west of I-95, built from the 1990s onward in a series of villages on both sides of the interstate, from the older Viera East around its golf course to Viera West, Duran, the 55-plus community of Heritage Isle and the newest streets of Addison Village. It is about seventy-five minutes from our Apopka shop and runs on our Space Coast route with Rockledge and Melbourne.

Viera homes are two-story stucco with stacked front elevations, entry columns and palms, so designs outline both eaves in warm white C9 bulbs, wrap the columns, spiral the palms and add a wreath on the main gable, all installed inside each village's display window. Heritage Isle's single-story homes get a simpler warm white roofline and wreath, and its residents want exactly what our service is built for: no ladders and no January chores. Golf-course homes in Viera East and Duran often light the rear roofline and lanai for the view from the fairway. Coastal-grade strands and clips are standard.

Viera's villages each publish their own decorating window, and we build the Brevard calendar around them: Viera East and Heritage Isle usually open first, the newer Addison Village streets last. Because the homes are close together and the HOAs are organized, most Viera installs are grouped by street, which is how the drive charge gets waived. Timers, in-season repairs and the January takedown are all inside the one price.
