Palm Bay is the sprawling city at the south end of Brevard County, the largest in the county by population and area, laid out in the 1960s as Port Malabar and built out since with single-story block homes on quarter-acre and larger lots, plus newer communities like Bayside Lakes and waterfront streets along Turkey Creek and the Indian River. It is about ninety-five minutes from our Apopka shop, the far end of our Space Coast route, and we run it on dedicated days grouped by section of the city.

Single-story rooflines and wide lots make Palm Bay designs simple and affordable: a warm white, red-and-white or multicolor C9 run across the front roofline and garage, a wreath over the door and a spiral-wrapped palm or two by the drive, and lots are big enough that one wrapped tree fills the yard with light. Bayside Lakes and the gated communities have HOA display windows and get the two-roofline outline on two-story homes. Creek and riverfront homes add dock lighting. All Space Coast installs use sealed-socket commercial strands and wind-rated clips.

Palm Bay is the longest drive we make, so we are honest about it: a lone house at the south end of the city carries a drive charge on the quote, and a street that books together does not. Most Palm Bay work comes in exactly that way, three or four neighbors on a cul-de-sac in Port Malabar or Bayside Lakes going up on one morning. From there it is the same service as Orlando: a photocell timer, a free swap for any strand the salt air ruins, and a January crew to take it all down and store it.
