It was built in the nineties as a set of villages around parks, lakes and the community's own recreation centers, and its HOA keeps a close eye on exteriors, which suits a clean professional display. Nearby Southchase, Falcon Trace and Deerfield share the same style: two-story stucco homes on modest lots with a palm or two in the front yard.
Two-story rooflines are the standard here, which means a Hunters Creek design usually outlines both the first and second-story eaves in warm white or classic multicolor C9 bulbs, wraps the entry columns, and spirals the queen palms by the driveway.
