Christmas Light Installation in Sweetwater Oaks, FL

Sweetwater Oaks is the established neighborhood between Wekiva Springs Road and Lake Brantley in Longwood, built in the 1970s and 80s on wooded lots with some of the largest live oaks in Seminole County, with lakefront homes on Lake Brantley and the gated Sweetwater Club estates on its east side. It is about fifteen minutes from our Apopka shop across the Wekiva River, one of the closest addresses on our whole map, and one where the trees matter more than the roofline.

Homes here are one and two-story with deep setbacks and canopy overhead, so a roofline alone can vanish behind the oaks. The Sweetwater design pairs a warm white C9 roofline with trunk-and-limb wraps on the front oaks, and often a lit path along the drive so the display reads from the road. Lakefront homes on Lake Brantley add the rear roofline and the dock for the view from the water, and Sweetwater Club's larger estates get the fuller treatment with wrapped columns and garland. Squirrels are a fact of life under the canopy, and chewed strands are replaced free like any service call.

Sweetwater Oaks has an active association with display guidelines, and Sweetwater Club's gate requires a certificate of insurance, both of which we handle. Because we are so close, Sweetwater homeowners get early October install slots, same-day or next-day service calls, and flexible timing on when the lights first switch on. Takedown runs in the first weeks of January and everything goes back to our warehouse.
