Christmas Light Installation in Casselberry, FL

Casselberry sits in the middle of south Seminole County along SR 436, a twenty-five-minute run from our Apopka shop through Altamonte Springs. It is a city of established neighborhoods from the sixties through the nineties, from the ranch homes around Lake Howell and Secret Lake Park to the larger houses of Deer Run and Sausalito Shores, and the lots are wooded and mature. The city itself decorates heavily around Lake Concord Park each December, and homeowners along Lake Triplet, Lake Kathryn and the Lake Howell chain have followed suit.

The classic Casselberry request is a single-story roofline with several peaks and a big front-yard tree. Homes around Lake Howell and in Carriage Hill and Camelot have low, wide rooflines that carry a run of warm white C9 bulbs end to end, and the oaks and camphor trees in front take a trunk wrap that fills the yard with light. Deer Run's golf-course homes are larger and often two-story, so those designs add a second roofline, wrapped columns at the entry and garland over the door. Lakefront properties in Sausalito Shores and along Lake Kathryn sometimes ask us to light the dock or the rear lanai roofline so the house looks finished from the water.

Casselberry's streets are compact, which makes it efficient for our crews: we can install several neighboring homes in one morning and group service calls the same way. Most installs happen from mid October through the week before Thanksgiving. Everything is on a dusk timer, maintenance is free all season, and we return in January to take the display down and store it.
