Fern Park is the pocket of unincorporated Seminole County between Casselberry and Maitland along US 17-92, a place most people drive through on the way to somewhere else. The homes tell a different story: mid-century ranches on big shaded lots around Lake of the Woods and Prairie Lake, many still with the original families or their children in them. Those are the customers who call us because they have hung their own lights for thirty years and would like this to be the year they stop climbing.

Fern Park houses are mostly single-story with long, low rooflines and generous eaves, which are perfect for a clean run of C9 bulbs from corner to corner. The lots are the real feature: mature oaks, magnolias and camphor trees that frame the house from the street. Our usual Fern Park design is a warm white or classic multicolor roofline, one or two trunk wraps on the front trees, and a lit wreath on the main gable. The Lake of the Woods community has its own architectural standards and a gated entry, and we handle the certificate of insurance and gate coordination without you having to make a call.

Because the area is compact and close to our Casselberry and Maitland routes, Fern Park installs are easy to schedule and service calls are quick. We install from mid October on, set a dusk timer, fix anything that fails during the season at no charge, and take everything down in January. If you have a favorite display you have built over the years, bring it out for us to look at: we do not hang customer-owned lights, but we will happily recreate the look you love with our commercial-grade strands.
