Titusville is the north end of Brevard County, an hour from our Apopka shop on the 528, with a historic downtown, miles of Indian River waterfront along Indian River Drive, and a view of the launch pads across the lagoon. Homes run from downtown bungalows and 1960s ranches built for the Apollo workforce to newer neighborhoods like Windover Farms and the riverfront properties north toward Mims. We run Titusville on dedicated Space Coast route days and group homes by neighborhood.

River-facing homes on Indian River Drive want the display to show from both sides, so a Titusville design often lights the street-facing roofline in warm white C9 bulbs and carries it around to the river side, with dock or seawall lighting where there is one. Palms line most yards here and a spiral-wrapped queen palm or a row of lit sabal trunks along the drive is the signature Space Coast look. Downtown bungalows take a simpler roofline and a wreath. The Great Outdoors and other gated communities have display windows and want a certificate of insurance, which we provide.

Salt air and river wind are hard on lights, so we hang sealed-socket commercial LED strands with wind-rated clips and replace any strand that fails at no charge all season. Space Coast route days run twice a week from late October through November, and a route fee shown on the quote is often waived when neighbors book the same day. Timers run from dusk, maintenance is free, and January takedown and storage are included.
