Christmas Light Installation in Keene's Pointe, FL

Keene's Pointe is the gated community wrapped around the Golden Bear Club on the Butler Chain of Lakes in Windermere, with roughly a thousand homes ranging from large two-story family houses on interior streets to lakefront estates on Lake Burden and Lake Tibet. It has a strong December culture: the community itself decorates the entries and streets coordinate their displays, which is why so many of our Windermere calls come from inside these gates. We reach it in about thirty-five minutes from our Apopka shop and group Keene's Pointe homes onto shared install days.

Most Keene's Pointe homes are two-story with stacked rooflines, a covered entry with columns, and a pair of palms or oaks by the drive, so the standard design outlines both eaves in warm white C9 bulbs, wraps the entry columns, spirals the palms and adds a wreath on the main gable. Lakefront homes on Lake Burden and Lake Tibet often add the rear roofline, the lanai and the dock so the display reads from the water. Because so many neighbors coordinate, we can match a street's bulb color and spacing on request or design something that stands apart without clashing.

The community requires a certificate of insurance and vendor registration at the gate, and its display guidelines set install and takedown windows that we schedule inside. Installs run from mid October through the week before Thanksgiving, everything runs on a dusk timer, maintenance is free all season, and we return in January for takedown and storage so nothing ends up in your garage. Neighbors who book together on the same day keep the crew on the street longer and the pricing sharper.
