Product and method specification
A one-page sheet describing the commercial-grade LED C9 system, clip attachment (no fasteners), timer settings, and the color-matched track used for permanent lighting, for architectural review boards.
Install and takedown schedule
Written confirmation of the install window and the January takedown date, matching your community's display rules.
W-9 and vendor forms
For community-owned installs such as entry monuments and clubhouses, we supply a W-9 and complete your vendor onboarding forms.
Homeowner design approval
Before install, homeowners receive a design summary they can attach to an ARC application: colors, locations and mounting method.
